Different domains call them different things — "shortlisting" vs. "screening," "interview" vs. "panel" — but the structure is consistent. Recognize the structure, and you can lift the methodology unchanged across every program type.

One ID across all six stages.

applicant_id is assigned at intake and survives every stage. The same applicant who submits in March is the same record being scored in April, discussed in May, awarded in June, and onboarded in July. No CSV gluing between stages.
